On September 10th 2024, I had the honor of joining Dentistry Chair Dr. Paul Major and University President Bill Flanagan, along with esteemed guests, to celebrate a remarkable milestone for our community. Proud alumnus Mike Petryk and his family generously donated $10 million to support the future of dental education, resulting in the renaming of the program to the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry. This transformative gift will have a profound impact on our students, researchers, and the broader communities they serve.
